Airport Pickup

We offer airport pickup service for international students traveling abroad for their first semester of study. With our network of partners, formal and present students, we make this process easy and at a reasonable cost depending on the distance from the airport to your university.

Any request for an airport pickup must be made three business days prior to your departure. We do our best to accommodate individual last-minute travel changes within reasonable time but in case we are unavailable to pick you up in person, we always provide a transport voucher that will take you from the airport to your destination, and we will send you our arrival phone number to you to contact in case of emergency or travel delay.

Please ensure you provide us with a WhatsApp number so we can contact you during travel as needed.

After receiving your Airport Pickup request submission, you will receive a confirmation of pickup or a complimentary transportation voucher so that you are ready to go upon arrival. Make sure to print your transportation voucher to provide to the driver.
